Gaza Shroud Events
The Catholic Advisory Council of Churches for Middle East Peace (CMEP) is proud to join an impressive list of co-sponsors and organizers supporting the Gaza Children’s Shroud, which bears the handwritten names of more than 20,000 children killed in Gaza. Inspired by this extraordinary act of witness in Italy, the U.S. initiative was first presented at the Joint Christian Advocacy Summit in Washington, D.C., on May 5–7, 2026.
