 Current congressional staff with experience addressing issues around Israel, Palestine, and the Middle East for members of Congress, will provide insights into how participants can be more effective advocates on Capitol Hill and in their communities.

1:00-4:00 PM: Congressional Visits

Participants will spend the afternoon meeting with their Congressional offices to share their experiences from the Summit and advocate for just U.S. policies. Legislative asks for the Congressional visits include encouraging support of HR 4391 Promoting Human Rights by Ending Israeli Military Detention of Palestinian Children Act, and support for humanitarian and economic assistance to the West Bank and Gaza.

If you will be participating in congressional visits, please wear professional business attire.

4:30-5:30 PM:  Closing Prayer Service on the Capitol Lawn led by Julia Brown Karimu and Donita Keister
