On October 1st, CMEP Senior Director of Advocacy and Government Relations, Kyle Cristofalo, joined Sabeel for an installment of their weekly Kumi Now Series. Kyle spoke on the topic of nonviolence in both Palestine and the United States. Kyle shared information and insights about CMEP’s work on holistic peacebuilding, including the current call for demilitarization and halting U.S. weapons sales to Israel. He also highlighted a number of CMEP’s Palestinian partners, including the Nassar family, for their deep and inspirational commitments to nonviolence in the face of the, often suffocating, nature of the occupation. The recording can be viewed here.
