Join CMEP for a virtual tour in Jerusalem, Bethlehem, and Aboud. In this tour, we’ll visit key sites sacred to the Greek Orthodox Church, including the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, the Nativity Church, and sites in Aboud sacred to the Feast of St. Barbara, including the hilltop shrine and al-Aboudiya–the church of the Virgin Mary.

Unique to this tour, we will hear from key Greek Orthodox leaders serving in the Holy Land and learn how we might support their work for justice and peace there. Voices include Archbishop Theodosios Atallah Hanna of Sebastia, who will be introduced by CMEP executive director, Rev. Dr. Mae Elise Cannon, and the Very Reverend Father Emmanuel Awad, who reflects on the challenges of being both Christian and Palestinian.
