RESOURCES:

• "Call for a Shared Jerusalem" is the headline of a poster available at the Lutheran Office for Governmental Affairs.  The poster is meant to remind people of the importance of Jerusalem for a lasting peace in the Middle East and to encourage church members to support the sharing of Jerusalem by the two peoples – Israelis and Palestinians – and the three religions – Judaism, Christianity and Islam.  The "Shared Jerusalem" poster and sign-up pad, developed by LOGA and Churches for Middle East Peace (CMEP), are available  by contacting the Lutheran Office for Governmental Affairs in Washington, DC.

• CMEP's Jerusalem Education Packet contains worship and educational materials that we hope will be useful in your congregation in encouraging discussion, prayer, and advocacy on the question of the future status of Jerusalem. 

• 2000 Global Mission Tool Kit Supplement, sent to all congregations in August included a Middle East Country Packet and the Fall 1999 MOSAIC video on Palestinian issues and the Augusta Victoria Hospital.
